| Beer and Soda don't just "show up" overnight. Brewing is a Form of Art - and it takes time and thought (plus a lot of grain)! Meet the creator Behind the Brew, Nick Fairbanks, Brewer.
Nick has experience is all aspects of brewing including time well spent in the Pacific Northwest, a region that is notorious for it's micro brew history. Nick has been creating new Brews at Fletcher Street Brewing Company and kept the Brew House doing what it was built to do - create great tasting Beer & Soda for your enjoyment.
Stop by The Brewery sometime to meet Nick. He is technical, yet approachable and he loves beer just like you do (you have something in common already).
